A request to add notes to Review form

Our team ask if it’s possible to have the feature (add notes) on the review form in our live production.

Hi Nebras,

Unfortunately the add notes feature is only in the “Notes” form. We can add a “Notes” text field though into the Review form where only those who have access to edit the case would be able to add additional notes.

Hi Jan,
Adding text filed would not be that beneficial as they ask to have much extra space for answers, so would it be possible to add an Area filed under the title name “Notes” in the review form.

Yes, do you know how to add this text area field? You can do this in your alpha, verify that it’s correct and import the configuration into production.

Update: this has been resolved outside of the support hub.
