We had a look on the server and cannot see anything in the error logs. To solve this we will need more information. If you edit the case and set a date does it then save for example? Who owns these cases (all the same user?)
when the CM edit the case and set a date the system save it but after while the date disappear right now we face this issue for two different CM “salrefai” , “bsmieat” please find below change logs for two cases

Just to keep you updated with progress.
It seems that the dates are being returned in the json from the database so there is no data loss. For some reason the dates are not being displayed in the UI. We suspect that there is some issue with one of the javascript libraries (yes we are looking at you moment.js)
