Is the system hack-able? What is the level of protection on the database?
This is a UNICEF global project and one of the reasons UNICEF is so committed to this is because of data security. Data is always encrypted in transit (https://), when in UNICEF cloud it is encrypted at rest as well (in the future we hope that you also have that level of security in the government). Its also about keeping the experience of the application working for the end user. For that case worker who is working out in the community, we want to avoid that they system does not go down. We worry about our own reputations as responsible organizations and want to be trusted, and if you have technical colleagues we have technical software documentation for them to understand the architecture.
