All of the usernames on the Jordan V2 GBVIMS+ that were added using the Primero identity provider (including my own system admin profile) are unable to access their profiles. This is after going through the prompts to reset password, putting in verification codes and re-attempting to login.
I received the following error message.

Message: AADSTS50020: User account ‘firstname.lastname@example.org’ from identity provider ‘https://sts.windows.net/50d59d79-e6c3-4393-834d-070e38e21492/’ does not exist in tenant ‘UNICEF’ and cannot access the application ‘dd28b1d8-25d5-4c2a-9d03-52c22519f238’(uni-UNICEF Partners B2C App) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.
