Approvals are not working properly on GBVIMS

  • Even when case plan/closure is approved and shows as such on the Dashboard, under ‘Action plan’ form group in CASES and in the “Change log” it shows at rejected.
  • When the supervisor adds comments to the approval/rejection, the comments do not show under ‘Action plan’ for the caseworker

Any ideas?

I think this may be because the approvals have changed in v1.6 compared to v1.5. There is now a dedicated approvals section. I made a short video to show how this works
