CW reporting that when case record is created and saved it does not appear on the case list. Putting the survivor code of the missing case into the search bar makes it reappear in the case list view.
When you click on the said case record-now reappeared through the search- you realize that the case status is not set to ‘open’. Even if you revert case status to ‘open’, after a while of navigating the platform the case records ‘disappear’ from case list view again.
