Case Transfers and Data

When we transfer a case to another organization what information will remain in our system?

All of the accountability moves in the CPIMS+ application. Supervisor roles have the ability to transfer and the receiving case worker must accept it to complete the transfer. We can produce a report of the record of transfer (action of the transfer). The system allows the ability to detect a duplicate before a new record is created so there isn’t duplication of a case. Eventually we would like to be able to merge records.
