We are using CPIMS+ version 1.7 and we have the case id modified. When we create a case in Web app the composite case id is created perfectly fine. However when we use the mobile app, it is not working. It creates a Case id with normal values and not the custom which we have decided. Can anyone help with this.
Hi Ajit, just updating the thread. This doesn’t work. If you create the record on mobile, the composite ID will not be generated.
