User 1 (access only records in my group) has access to User Group A
User 2 (access only records in my group) has access to User Group A and User Group B
User 1 is able to view User Group A and B in dashboard. Is this because User 2 has access to Group B? If so, is this the correct logic?
Without seeing the configuration, I would assume that User 1 is seeing users from both groups in the “Cases by Social Worker” dashboard or something like that. This may be occuring because these User Group B users have cases which are either referred to users in group a, or have pending transfers to users in group b. If I am a manager in group b, so long as one of the users in my group has access to a group a case, I will be able to see it, and my dashboards will reflect that.
