Disappearing sub-form

I created a sub-form (with it’s associated fields) on the V2 training sandbox and saved it. While the system confirmed that the sub-form had been saved (pop up confirmation), once I signed out and back in again the subform was no longer there.

Note I created the subform more than once, ensured it was saved, logged out and in again and the problem persisted.

Any support with this would be helpful.

Forms have to be specifically added to each role whioch has access to them. Look at the role you want to have access, then edit and look for the form access
