Do Cases have Services and Tasks?

Cases have Services which have tasks…is this correct? And then these tasks are assigned to users with the Cases permission?

In most instances tasks can be created by assessments, case plans and follow ups (in addition to services). Those that are overdue are highlighted in red and those that are near due have a clock icon next to them.

Tasks are not persisted but regenerated every time you look at the tasks tab

What if you want to add multiple services, is that recommended?

You can add multiple forms, for multiple service providers. The system enables you to map services to the organization/user so when a service provision is needed, the case worker doing the referral can have more controls on finding the user that will receive the referral via the system.
