Error 500 in Bangladesh GBVIMS+

Hello,

Users in CXB GBVIMS+ are experiencing Error 500 error for specific case records. Once the staff select the case record and enter a case, perform a specific action, then press save, the error 500 msg appears. This also occurs when users want to create incidents from the case file. e.g. case record 7D4A449

Kindly help to troubleshoot.

I restarted the server and then created an example incident from that case record and saved. I could not trigger the 500 error and nothing is shown in the logs.
Please can you ask them to try again and if it happens please send me in direct message the exact steps to replicate it
