Export CSV does not format data

Hi All,

We have certain users whose default language is English, But they have to use Arabic in some text fields. When they try to export the cases in bulk, the Arabic data/Text is not formatted properly. How to fix this?

Hi Ajit,

Any time users export record data which includes non-Latin characters (e.g. Arabic, Kurdish, Thai) to a CSV file, they basically need to tell Excel to read that file according to UTF-8 format. I’ve created a demo video on how to do this: arabic-kurdish-characters-from-csv.mp4 - Google Drive
