Export file is gone and cannot export cases

Hi colleagues,

Today when I checked my export files in Primero that I have exported last week to download it, the export showed no record of any files. See link Primero
So I tried to export again but the export does not showing any options for me to select for the export i.e. excel or custom like it was before. Could you please help to check to solve this issue?

Hi Phanneth,

was there any changes in your role? can you share screenshot of the custom export option?
also can you check your role and see if it has all the permissions
