Lebanon is running v1.3 and in the “Service Referrals” incident form has duplicate questions regarding the services, and their IR export is missing data when exported. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
The Lebanon team was able to find the source of the issue:
We were able to pinpoint the issue. It seems that some incidents had duplicated services and the team only filled one of those services.
When we deleted the duplicated services, the exports were good.
We’re not sure if it’s a data entry issue or Primero is creating those duplicated services but we’ll keep an eye and let you know if it happens again.
