National Manager in Ministry of Social Solidarity wants to query a report on Case Open during a certain month on a certain Municipality (example cases open from January 2025 - July 2025 on 3 Municipality) how to do that? Appreciate your help, Thank you
Using the reports functionality you will be able to create a report based on their location, whether it is the location of the case manager or the child. As well as the registration date. To do this, follow this video https://youtu.be/Jvvn25czYP0?si=EoJDmJRGWpZfIze3 or the instructions in the User Guide https://support.primero.org/assets/books-v2/1WL0OyND1Ookn7pjjo--f59diKDKyhXC5/#h.mny4tzgsxber and when adding options to the rows or columns you will select the appropriate location. You can also include that you want the registrations to be grouped by Month. Make sure to apply filters that are selecting for Open cases and if consent has not been provided, the report may not display the data. Therefore you can either ensure the cases have consent provided, or can remove the filter. Please note that you may get an error when creating this report, and if you do, this will be addressed in the next release 2.14, scheduled for the end of August.
I try to create new report but both group by row or by column there is no option for location even on Report filter +new, as screenshot attached

The list under “Group by row” and “Group by column” does not display all options in the drop down as there are many fields that can be selected. Please type in the word “location” to return more specific results.
