For information sharing of case management, as it’s sensitive information, is it possible that partner such as a government can use Primero for themselves, and not share information with other partners or UNICEF HQ?
Primero is a distributed system. There is no central hub or architecture that collects data from the programme/country level. All data sharing is regulated by data sharing protocols at the country level. All case management information stored in Primero is not accessible to other partners or UNICEF HQ, unless via an autorized role managed in the application.
