Using the following sites:
I am receiving error messages when trying to access different Incident Forms (i.e. Service Referrals). The error message reads, “Error Loading Record(s). Try Again”. This happens when entering information, going to view information that has already been saved, and when going back to an existing incident to edit. This error is new with the most recent upgrade from v2.0.40 to v2.0.41.
