Locations Not Appearing in Dropdown - Import Locations Required

The Locations dropdown is not showing when registering a new case or updating existing cases or adding new user in CPIMS+.

When checking the Settings tab, the Locations section is highlighted. Upon accessing Locations, I receive the notification: “Please import Locations before creating any user accounts.”

How did you add the locations and in what heirarchy? Do you also have other admin levels apart from 4?
