M&E Form is showing up under Action Plan

There was one point where the GBV M&E Form was showing up as its own case form. Now it is showing up under/grouped with the Action Plan. We need to have it be its own Case Form rather than grouped with the Action Plan.

Hi Megan, are you able to add “M&E” to the Case Forms - GBV lookup? Then change the form group on the M&E form from Action Plan to “M&E” (the new lookup option)?
