When managers go to their dashboard, they are unable to click on the bottom row of the “Cases to Assign” dashboard.
Steps to reproduce:
- Login as a CP Administrator. Go to any case and assign it to a CP Manager
- One day later, login as a CP Manager. Go to the home page and scroll down to the “Cases to Assign” dashboard. Note that in the bottom row, for overdue cases to assign, you see a number representing the number of Cases you own, but you cannot click on it. NOTE: The reason you have to wait for a while after assigning the case to the CP Manager, is that the bottom, unclickable row is specifically for cases you have owned for more than three hours.
