Missing URL link and separate email in the welcoming message for the newly created users

Welcoming message for the newly created users does not send a separate email for password set up and it does not contain the URL link to access the system like it used to.
Below is the sample message for the new user

Dear xx yy,

Welcome to the Primero team. We are creating a DRC - Case Worker account for you. You will receive a separate email to set up your password shortly. Once logged in please go to your user profile to find your username. You will find your user profile in the left navigation of Primero.

When creating a user as a system administrator, you have the ability to create the password yourself or email the user to reset their password. The Reset password instructions will be shared if the second option is selected when creating a new user and is the recommended option for users created in the live/production instance:
