Mobile Syncing has stopped working

One of the GBV Case workers is having challenges/ technical issues syncing her cases from the Primero Mobile App to the Primero Software. She has been syncing the cases but suddenly it stopped.

This is likely related to the network. Does it happen even on a stable internet connection?

Having a similar issue in Nigeria and Uganda, in which they’re mobile devices are not syncing and then they are losing data. There are potentially related issues on the mobile with logging in.

User enters data on the tablet.
They save the case.
They go to sync the data.
About 50% of the time the case then disappears from the mobile device.

Yes it does. It has just been reported that another organization on the interagency platform is experiencing the same issues.
