Hi! I recently added a new agency, but when I tried to create a new user, the agency is not showing up among the available options.
The new agency appears in the Agencies list, but no as an option in the Agency drop down menu in the New User section. Any idea on how to fix this?

Hello, which country are you adding this in for? If there are translations for your implementation (for example spanish or arabic, etc.) then you will need to add the translation for the agency in the languages for your Primero site:
Thereafter, refresh your page and save your configuration. You should be able to then see the agency organization names in the dropdown when creating/editing users.
