In CPIMS+, case workers are able to delete notes added by the manager (they do not want to only have view only of the notes form as they also want to add notes as case workers as well), is this how it is supposed to work?
For this use case, I would suggest using flags instead of the notes form, since the only person who can resolve a flag is the one who added it. The one disadvantage of flags is that you cannot add or resolve them while you are offline.
Alternatively, you could configure the Notes subform to prevent item removal. This way, both case workers and managers could add entries to the notes subform, but neither could remove them.
I am not able to remove notes alert after I select/view the note from my manager.
The alert will disappear once the record owner edits the case.
