Is it posible to track and know the number of cases reviewed in the system by a particular case reviewer in this case a manager overseeing a particular group who is also responsible for reviewing cases and making approvals? Let say you want to know the number of approvals or reviewed cases for each manager/case reviewer in a given period say for the month of January.
This post has been also discussed over email. The approvals only work for approved assessments, case plans and closures.
We do not have a way to verify that a case was reviewed in the system. The only way we could do this is by adding a field to indicate “review date” and “reviewed by” and then you could create a report based on this.
