Case workers are mainly using offline mode in Ethiopia in the camps. When they make changes offline, and then connect to the internet, it appears that “Case XXXX is successfully synced” But when they go to their PC, the updates do not appear. And sometimes this error appears:
When the case workers are online, and log into the PC, the updates do not appear. The left show offline on tablets/mobile. On the right it is on a PC while online.
