Refer Case malfunction on multiple referrals

Hi,

We are using CPIMS+ V1.7.28 and we are facing a issue when referring a case for services. When we refer multiple services to another user and when the other user closes the referral after the completion, the referrals are not closed properly. If a person has 5 referrals and he closes the second or third referral, the system will mark the first as closed and not second or third. It always closes in chronological order. This is creating a confusion. Please let us know of a solution.

This sounds like a bug. We may need to create a ticket for this
