When i refer a case to external agency, i get an message saying case successfully referred but i don’t get any downloads. how to fix this?
Make sure your browser can handle mime types correctly.
You can get ‘Resource interpreted as Document but transferred with MIME type application/zip’ messages in the browser console which maybe your browser cannot handle
