I am trying to create a report based on type of services provided by all the caseworkers differentiated by Risk levels. I chose the module as Service in report and group by row as ‘type of service’ field from service subform.In group by column i choose Risk level and Caseworker code. But when i try to create the report it gives me a timeout error. I even checked the logs. It doesn’t show any application error. Also the report works fine for less number of records and only timeouts when there are more than 500 records. Can anyone help how to resolve this
Maybe try just one group by on the column? You can then run a separate group by after you export it to Excel. The only other thing is changing the solr timeout config but I would ask around a bit more before trying to do that
