Supervisor approval for case closure/action plan not registering in caseworkers records

For CXB GBVIMS+ instance, when a case management supervisor provides ‘approval’ to either action plan or case closure in the system, there is no update on the caseworker dashboard indicating that record has been approved or within the case record which remains unchanged. The problem persists even though users are in the correct user group and the ‘manager’ check box it selected.

Support in troubleshooting would be appreciated.
