The discourse and helpdesk linkup should be working now

You will notice in each topic in discourse helpdesk status of relevant issue. For example
https://community.primero.org/t/how-do-i-update-installation/169

If you’re topic owner, you will see “create helpdesk ticket” button there.

Clicking it will create a prepopulated template for issue, with the relevant link captured in last field.
