Unable to Log In to CPIMS Platform

One of our social workers is currently unable to log in to the CPIMS platform. The system shows “Currently in offline mode,” and the login attempt is unsuccessful.

Could you please provide support to resolve this issue?

Hello, does the case worker have access to the internet? If they do have access to the internet, please ask the case worker to refresh the screen and try logging in again. If they do not have access to the internet, they need to get access to the internet to be able to log back in.

When using field mode or offline mode, there is error message that displays asking case workers not to log out when they do not have access to internet to ensure they can log back in. If they need to close the browser, that is OK they just cannot “log out” otherwise they will get this error. On CPIMS+, social workers have entered data and shared the cases with case managers. However, the case managers are unable to view these cases in the system.

This issue has been reported from some zones, where cases are shared for approval but remain invisible to the case managers.

Grateful if you could kindly look into this matter and provide your support to resolve the issue.

We do not have access to the production sites. I would ask your system administrator to first check that both the case worker and the case manager are in the same user group. If they are in the same user group, then have the system administrator verify if on the case iteself they are able to see the “pending” approval request in the case by going to the form (case plan, assessment or closure) and seeing if they see “Pending”.
