Viewing Incidents from Cases

There have been reports of GBV Case Management Supervisors not being able to view all incidents from within a case, although some are viewable. This permission is granted in their role (view incidents from case). I have attached screen shots that show what the caseworker sees compared to what the supervisor sees.


Update: The system administrator is able to view the incidents, but managers are not able to, therefore incidents are sending and saved in the database.

We believe this is a device related issue and are debugging the browser/device to fix this.
