Dropdown list disappearing in browser


Some of the users are facing issues when access dropdown list in browser. These list appear at the start but as they start filling up forms they cannot access/see them. This is faced by users of certain region only as other user with same role and access haven’t faced any such issue.

I think this may be related to this issue with dates. We suspect that what might have happened here is that the js does not load fully for some reason which means that when a user edits a field and saves all of the dates (provided by moment.js) are saved as empty.
This seems to be region specific on this ticket as well

Its not just date fields. It persists for all the dropdown fields.

Hi Ajit, Which version is this and is this only with dropdowns that have lookups or dropdowns that also have manual options added?

This issue was resolved and was a network issue.
